About the Opportunity:

The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to Chief Executive Officer and will directly supervise a Production Manager, Chief Expeditor, Delivery Manager, Catering Manager, Account Manager and Facility Manager

Specific Duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Standardize the operation- across each division
• Maximize profitability by improving efficiency and reducing wastes and continuing the momentum of CFF’s Continuous Improvement Training
• Maintain and improve staff moral
• Support and Coach Management Team
• Assist in the implementation of Open Book Management throughout the Company
• Facility adjustments/improvements as needed and approved by C.E.O.
• Duties and other responsibilities deemed necessary by the C.E.O.
  

Benefits:

Salary Range Based On Experience:
$50,000 to $65,000
3% IRA match
50% Match for Health Coverage
